Dress Code

The Welcome Dinner’s dress code is casual.

The Wedding Ceremony’s dress code is formal. Think suit and tie, dress of any length, or pantsuit. All colors are on the table other than a white dress. When choosing footwear please note that you will be walking on a variety of surfaces from grass to cobblestone.

Getting There By Shuttle

We will have shuttles from Ericeira and Lisbon for both the Wedding Ceremony and the Welcome Dinner. If you are not staying in either, please arrange your own ride with Uber/taxi service or drive yourself.

Lisbon Pickup Location: Hard Rock Cafe Lisboa

• Welcome Dinner shuttle leaves Hard Rock Cafe at 5:50pm

• Wedding Ceremony shuttle leaves Hard Rock Cafe at 2:45pm

Ericeira Pickup Locations: Hotel Vila Galé Ericeira and Immerso Hotel - Meet at whichever location is closest to you

• Welcome Dinner shuttles leave both Ericeira locations at 6:25pm

• Wedding Ceremony shuttles leave both Ericeira locations at 2:55pm

Getting There By Car & Parking

If getting there by car you can take a cab or drive your own car to the venue. Uber, along with other ride-share services, are offered in the area and are very affordable. If driving your own car there is a car park on site. Please look for the parking lot signs when you arrive.

As a heads up, while you can usually take a cab to the venue, it may be difficult to get a cab back later in the evening, in which case you can take the shuttle back. It is also worth getting your cab driver’s contact information to see if you can arrange a pick-up with them later (most Ubers will do this).

Getting Home

Shuttles will drop off at the same locations as pickup. If your shuttle drop-off location is not within walking distance, you will still be able to find Ubers and ride shares late into the evening.

Welcome Dinner shuttles will leave the Quinta at 11pm.

Wedding Ceremony shuttles will leave the Quinta beginning at 11pm with the last shuttle leaving at 1:30am.
